Two verified recalls on 2015-2016 R3s built between January 2015 and April 2016. 16V459000 covers the oil pump relief valve, which creates backpressure that shears the resin drive gear, when it goes, oil circulation stops and bearings fail within moments. 16V460000 covers an under-rated clutch bearing that can prevent the rider disengaging power in an emergency.
On any used motorcycle, check the tire DOT date codes, ask for the valve service receipt, and look for drop damage on both sides before you talk about price.
